Satan, hero Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words

Satan, legend - Essay Example This paper is a basic survey of the character the demon and a portion of the manners by which he is made not quite the same as what we would anticipate. Milton plainly draws out some aesthetic styles can be of incredible use in examining this point and concocting a reasonable end. Is Satan the legend of the epic sonnet heaven lost and does he gives indications of an agreeable and thoughtful saint from the story? Milton begins by taking us to the creation story. Be that as it may, his primary intrigue isn't about God, Adam or eve. He is progressively worried about the difficulties that face Satan: â€Å"F Mans First Disobedience, and the Fruit Of that Forbidden Tree, whose human tast Brought Death into the World, and all our trouble With loss of Eden, till one more noteworthy Man Restore us, and recover the merry Seat† (Milton 1) He begins by clarifying a portion of the difficulties that Satan experienced during the creation time frame and why he was to oppose every one of thes e difficulties and become Gods most noticeably terrible foe. He begins the sonnet by saying that initially all people are abused by one ruler who he says is God until limited (Satan) come and liberates us. This is a reasonable sign that Milton adores Satan and would tail him right to the entryways of hellfire whenever given an opportunity. He sees the existence that Adam and eve lived and connect it to that of autocracy. It is hence that Satan come out and persuades man to eat the taboo products of the soil like God. This is a reasonable epic story told by a specialist who realizes how to include his character and makes individuals love his character. From this announcement, it is simple and typical for the peruser to begin abhorring God and simultaneously begin cherishing Satan. It is typical for one to begin understanding the fascism of god and begin seeing the redemption of Satan. The other point that shows the demon as a saint is the way that Satan understanding the abuse and ty ranny that God has, chooses t battle all these with only a gathering of his dependable heavenly attendants. This shows the fallen angel isn't simply prepared to uncover the fascism of God rather he is additionally prepared to battle for it just to see that man is at last liberated from the despot. This puts Satan like a human rights activists who is prepared to bite the dust just to guarantee that others are well and that individuals are conveyed from the tyrant. This is one of the most well-known types of epic stories and sonnets and is an away from of authority of idyllic qualities. Milton utilizes his aptitudes not exclusively to make one like Satan yet to likewise make the peruser to have some contempt of Gods perspective on the world and how he planned us to live. It likewise causes the peruser to have some thoughtful affections for Satan and consider him to be an individual who had an assurance for the whole total populace to be saved from the fascism of God. This makes Satan agreeable (Milton 6). With dominance of old style disaster, Satan in heaven lost contains a few components of a saint. In an old style catastrophe, a steadfast man is put to numerous difficulties and experiences numerous issues just to spare his kin or to battle the ace who has all the ability to control everything and subsequently utilizes his forces to murder the fantasies of the saint. In heaven lost, God supposedly has numerous extraordinary forces, which he uses for his potential benefit. With every one of these assets, it is near unthinkable for the fiend to battle him and win. To begin with, he has numerous blessed messengers who Milton considers his military and the villain just has a couple of such heavenly attendants who God alludes to as evil spirits. It is in this way near impossib

Principles Of Additive Manufacturing

Standards Of Additive Manufacturing Added substance fabricating (AM) is a general term for all innovations that produce parts by layer option of material at the micron level, to accomplish the necessary shape, other than of metal evacuation procedure which is customary subtractive procedure. During research period, AM the layer by layer producing phrasing has been normalized by the American culture for testing and materials (ASTM) board of trustees F42 on added substance layer innovations. To start with AM advances were limited in view of generally acknowledged driving name Rapid prototyping (RP) for the creation of parts and models, which was the term utilized for a long time to depict all layer added substance producing forms. Headway in the material, procedure and framework equipment cleared that the parts could be made with a sufficient mechanical property to let for additional applications. This permitted the creation of end use models with layer added substance innovations, so fast assembling (RM) was received which recognize the utilitarian idea of the models delivered from the earlier RP parts and models. As of late AM is utilized for the most part and RM and RP are just use to delineate the specific use of AM advances. 1.2.1: Principles of Additive Manufacturing AM advances manufacture models by melding, sintering or polymerisation of materials in foreordained layers without any requirements of devices. AM makes conceivable the assembling of complex geometries including inward part detail that are roughly unrealistic to produce utilizing machining and forming forms, since process doesn't require foreordained apparatus ways, draft edges and under cuts. In AM the layers of a model are framed by cutting CAD information with proficient programming. All AM framework take a shot at a similar guideline; in any case, layer thickness rely on parameters and machine being utilized and thickness of layer extend from 10â µm up to 200â µm. Layers are plainly noticeable on the part surface in AM activity, which controls the nature of conclusive item. The connection between thickness of layer and surface direction is known as flight of stairs impact. Be that as it may, more slender the layer is the more drawn out the handling time and higher the part goals. Layers in AM are developed at the highest point of the past one in z hub. After layer gets prepared the work stage is dropped somewhere around the single layer thickness in z hub and the new material layer is recoated diversely for number of different strategies. In tar based framework crossing edge smooth the gum, in powder based framework kept powder is spread utilizing roller or wiper, in some framework the material is saved through a spout which stores the necessary material. Since recoating time is much longer than the layer preparing time. For that purpose various parts are constructing together in the hour of single material recoating manufacture. Various virtual products are accessible to position and situate part with the goal that greatest number of parts can be constructed together. Accessible programming projects are VISCAM RP and Smart Space utilized in MAGICS. Some sensitive parts created through AM innovations need a help structure to hold the part in work stage during the assemble procedure. All AM machine utilizes distinctive help structure that are planned from explicit material for powerful utilization of construct parts. Usually utilized help structures are slight little directed teeth toward limiting the part contact so they can be expelled effectively with the hand apparatuses. 1.3: Rapid Prototyping Fast prototyping forms are a generally late turn of events, precisely portrayed as layer producing forms. The primary business RP machine was discharged at the AUTOFACT appear in Detroit (USA) in November 1987 by the organization named 3D frameworks. The procedure starts with making a 3D model utilizing CAD programming and it is indistinguishable for every constructed strategy. The model is then proselyte in to Standard Triangulation Language (STL) position, this arrangement shows the 3D surfaces as a get together of numerous organizer triangles. At next stage STL record cut the 3D model in to layers. As we probably am aware the added substance fabricating is progressive procedure in which parts are produces through layers and every layer are joined and process proceeds until the last part shaped. Post handling is normally required to improve the surface completion of the item. RPs added substance nature permits is to make leaves behind entangled interior highlights which is preposterous by different methods like empty regions and undermines for that these parts once in a while underpins are vital. (palm, W. (1998, May). Fast Prototyping groundwork. Recovered November 4, 2010, from Learing production line Rapid prototyping landing page: http://www.mne.psu.edu) RP items frequently have low usefulness and regularly utilized as a visual guides with in item improvement. Anyway material determination choose the model testing for momentary usefulness parts. The greater part of the RP materials are polymer based, which is for restricted part usefulness. In spite of the fact that for little part usefulness paper and starch based materials are utilized. RP modernized the item improvement with a capacity to create single and numerous physical models, encouraging the decrease of item advancement process duration going for various businesses. 1.3.1: Rapid prototyping innovations There is an enormous number of test RP advancements either being developed or utilized by little gatherings of people. RP strategies those are as of now economically accessible including: Stereolithography (SLA) is the first RP method created by 3D frameworks in 1987. SLA fabricates single layer at once by following light emission on the tank of fluid UV treatable photograph polymer sap. UV light strikes the outside of the polymer sap and cement the single layer of gum, when one layer is relieved the assembled stage is dropped somewhere around single layer thickness (Schmitt, Q. L. (2005). Quick prototyping in dentistry: innovation and application. Quick prototyping in dentistry: innovation and application , 11-13,42,44). A pitch filled sharp edge clears over the cross area and fill it with new material for additional restoring at the highest point of the past layer, process proceeds until the model is delivered. Material self glue property bond each layer and structure a total 3D model, created part is cleaned in dawanol pitch, liquor and afterward restored in an UV broiler. (wikipedia. (2010). wikipedia free reference book. Recovered November 1, 2010, from wikipedia site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/stereolithography) Particular laser sintering (SLS) utilizes powdered materials. This is one of the frameworks significant preferences that a section could be worked in any fusible powdered material. SLS innovation was created in Texas University, which was popularized in 1993 by organization named DTM. In 2001 the DTM were purchased out by 3D frameworks. (http://www.jharper.demon.co.uk/rptc01.htm) This innovation works by specifically sintering fine powder materials legitimately utilizing an infrared (IR) laser from CAD. Quantities of thermoplastic materials are handled in SLS like nylon (polyamide) for fast tooling application, aluminum filled nylon, polystyrene for conciliatory example in venture throwing and gas filled nylon. Part created through this procedure utilized as utilitarian model just as visual models on account of good mechanical properties. Anyway when contrasted with customary instrument steel the part had poor mechanical properties, so material required post preparing to shape thick models, in this manner it was extremely hard to control the part precision on account of presented worries in handling stage. With the blend of EOS GmbH and Electrolux an extraordinary composite powder was created, which didn't create shrinkage contortions. Besides presentation of fiber laser innovation permitted the presentation of Selective laser softening (SLM) since the fiber laser permitted the sintering of metals that were totally liquefied in to thick leave behind no need of post process invasion. Quantities of different innovations have been marketed since 1991, for example, overlaid object fabricating (LOM), combined affidavit displaying (FDM), 3 dimensional printing (3DP). Ongoing innovative accessibility of RP is expanded with material decent variety, which expanded the productivity of making physical model in cutting edge item improvement. 1.4: Definition of Rapid Manufacturing Right off the bat, it is fundamental to give a meaning of quick assembling. How a few sections are made will change later on. RM has been clarified as the utilization of a CAD-based robotized AM procedure to develop parts that are utilized straightforwardly as completed items or segments (Hopkinson et al. 2006, p. 1) Since with the time change, the examination on AM innovations and materials has progressed and the practicality of manufacture of useful, low volume parts are progressively in numerous ventures. Numerous businesses are looking at the accessible innovation and researching the conceivable outcomes of configuration to expand the high utilitarian part and to diminish item to advertise time. A key advantage of RM approach asserted that it proposes the chance of mass customization, anyway can be financially savvy for singular short run part, freeing customary structuring imperatives from assembling forms. RM enormously limited wastage of crude material when contrasted with subtractive procedure, so got well known in avionic business, where costly metal composites are widely utilized. The evaluation material, for example, titanium, ABS, nylon and aluminum has been the significant part in the advancement of RM advances. (http://www.hse.gov.uk/skylines/rapidmanufacturing.pdf) The presentation of RM isn't as basic as it initially shows up, in spite of the fact that exploration in RM innovations and application are advanced by RP. The advancement is still in progress to connect RM from research to real assembling for that number of issues to be tended to that win need clarification and accord before it can occur. So you may ask yourself a question- What this king looks like? We often hear that we should be writing Quality content instead of focusing on Quantity because Google loves Quality not Quantity. I always heard this during the starting days of my Blogging journey and believe me I was like What the hell is quality content? This happens with most of the newbies; i.e. they can’t determine the quality of the content. But why should we bother about the quality of our content? The answer is simple Because people love it + Google loves it.So writing quality content gives you loyal readers as well as high SERPs. Thats why it becomes necessary to determine the quality of our content. So, How to check the quality of our content?Well, there is no such tool to check the quality of your blog content but you can get an idea about your content. Below are some measures which give you an idea about the Quality of your content.1. Your Google Analytics AccountGoogle has the solution to every problem. It has some great tools for bloggers to increase their Productivity like Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics. So why not make use of them? You can track the user behavior on your site with Google Analytics. You just have to put a piece of code on your blog and it starts tracking every single visit and the behavior of your readers. So, how to exploit the features of Google Analytics fully? Use the following parametersto know more about user behavior on your site and to determine whether your blog is producing quality content or not?Page Views: Track the number of page views on your site. If it is increasing, then chances are that you are writing quality content. But this is not a perfect measure of quality content. But yes it is a major factor to determine the quality of a blog.Bounce Rate: Keep track of bounce rate of your blog. Bounce rate is the measure of readers who visit only 1 page of your site and then they bounce, so your bounce rate should be low. If it is high then you are doing something wrong and readers are not satisfied with your articles. So what should be the ideal value of bounce rate?Well, there may be several possible answers to this question but I say “There is no such value”. Instead, try to reduce it every day and compare it with the previous results. If it is decreasing then users are engaged with your content and they are happy with you.Avg. Time Spent On Site: You should keep track of the avg. time spent on your site. Again there is no ideal value as some niche attracts more reader’s attention like photography blogs can have more avg. time and tech blogs have less avg. time but compare it wi th the previous results and it should be increasing.READThe secret ingredients to successful blog post writing2. Number of Blog CommentsHow comments can help in determining the quality of your blog content? Well, this is really easy. People start commenting on your blog if you do some good job on a topic. If you are getting more real comments on your blog then chances are that you are good at writing. But remember most of the people comment just for the sake of backlinks so how to filter out your loyal readers? Well, if your comments are being converted into a discussion and readers are coming back to reply the comments then you are writing quality content.3. Number of Real SubscribersReal subscribers are another measure of quality content. More number of subscribers means your blog has inspired many peoples and they want to follow you. But remember some people subscribe to your blog just for guest posting and spamming so don’t consider those subscribers. You can easily find the re al subscribers by taking a look at their email IDs. If they are from Gmail, yahoo and Hotmail then 90% chances are that they are real but if they are having email IDs like example@o2.pl, example@pl and other email IDs like example@domain.com, then they are spammers or guest posters and they are not interested in your content (there may be some exceptions).4. Getting Trackbacks and Pingbacks from Good BlogsThis is another sign to determine the quality of content you have written. If people are linking to your content automatically, then you are writing quality content on your blog. But getting trackbacks and pingbacks fromSpamsitesdoesntmean people are linking to you. Check all the links you get trackbacks from and if the blog is a good blog then only consider those links as good links. Here, automatic means people are linking to you automatically without asking for any favor like money and link exchange. That is because they want to give you credit for whatever you have written, so t hey are inspired by you.5. People Asking for Suggestions and HelpIf people are following you on Social Media and you get too manymails like: “Please, Take a look at my blog and give some suggestions”. Then you have inspired a lot of people and this is another sign that you are writing quality content on your blog.So it seems that there are various measures to determine the quality of your content. So what must be the actual measurement because some of thesecriteriamay not be fulfilled by a blog? Well, if your blog has all these qualities then â€" Your blog is producing quality content. But if it fails to satisfy some conditions then you need to work more upon your content because every good blog has all these qualities.

Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War - Free Essay Example

I argue that Lincoln performed everything in his power and to the best of his abilities, to abolish slavery and redirect the nations opinion of it. Abraham Lincoln was the sixteenth President of the United States. He was also known as Honest Abe. Unlike most presidents, Lincolns family was not rich or well educated. However, Lincoln did go to college and became a lawyer in the state of Illinois. His mother had passed away from Milk Sickness when he was nine years old. He also married Mary Todd and they had four sons, although only one lived to adulthood. Lincoln served as President in the years 1861 to 1865. During this time, the Civil War was taking place. Lincoln was the Commander in Chief during this war. He implemented different orders such as the Emancipation Proclamation and influenced the Thirteenth Amendment. He was well-known for his famous speech, The Gettysburg Address. At the young age of 56, he was assassinated by John Wilkes Booth at the Fords theater. The motivation for his assassination is still a mystery that concludes with a few theories. The Emancipation Proclamation was formed in 1863 and freed millions of salves in the Confederate-held territory. Lincoln was the one who signed this proclamation into order using his executive rights, which lead to the abolishment of slavery. There were three main areas that the proclamation addressed. First, it gave back and restored property to all who were active during the rebellion except for Confederate officials and military leaders. Second, a new state government could be formed if ten percent of registered voters took an oath of allegiance to the United States. Third, southern states who took the oath were encouraged to make plans to tolerate with the freed slaves as long as their freedom was not overlooked. His motivation for putting the Emancipation Proclamation into place was so the Union would have a better chance at winning the Civil War against the confederate states. Although the proclamations intent was to abolish all slavery, it did not free all of the slaves. Linco ln was actually freeing people he did not directly control. In order for the proclamation to be into effect the slaves had to be in Union control. It was believed that the proclamation was an underhanded move by Lincoln to label the Confederate states as a slave nation and yield foreign aid impossible. Depending on state action, however, meant that emancipation must be gradual, compensated, and voluntary and include the prospect of colonization to make it workable within a racist society (Winkle, 1186). Therefore, voluntary action was needed from the states in order to continue with Lincolns plan to abolish slavery. Emancipation became a Union war goal and was intended on encouraging other states to rejoin the Union. It also changed the purpose for the war, leading the Europeans out of the war and denying support for the south. I argue that by Lincoln instituting the Emancipation Proclamation, it was a smart choice as to an advancement against the confederate states in order to guide the Union to victory to stand for what is right, which is the abolishment of slavery. Abraham Lincoln is still remembered to this day for The Gettysburg Address. This was his famous speech given in 1863, during the Civil War at the official dedication ceremony for the National Cemetery of Gettysburg in Pennsylvania. It was also the site for one of the bloodiest battles of the Civil War. It was intended to remind Americans of the nations birth and the foundation for everyone to live by, such as equality and freedom. It is said to contain two simple truths; one is to be found in its first sentence and one in its last. Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal (Lincoln). With his ideal for self-government, he desired for a new birth of freedom. It consisted of topics in the Declaration of Independence as well as argued that all men are equal, going against white slave owners who saw themselves as true Americans. His address talks about the cemetery that is dedicated to the fallen soldiers and the price they paid for every Americans freedom. He ends his speech with a call to action as well as to justify to continue the war to hopefully one day be a united nation. I hypothesize that Abraham Lincoln did want to make a change to social classes and not only for the guilty pleasure of hopefully winning the Civil War. The Thirteenth Amendment was put into effect in 1865 after the Civil War. Its passage was influenced through Lincoln, due to him playing a key role during this time period. During this period, it was coming close to election year and everyone was almost certain he would not get reelected, but he did. This is thought to be because of his victories against the democratic General running for office as well. When attempting to get it passed, the amendment got stuck in the House of Representatives due to Democrats not voting for it. This amendment was added to the United States Constitution and formerly abolished slavery. Before this amendment, slavery was not mentioned in neither the Declaration of Independence nor the Constitution. Many founders were anti-slavery but they owned slaves themselves, even though it was believed to be wrong. When the Civil War started, nearly four million African American people were held captive in the southern states as slaves. The title suggests double emancipation- how Lincolns decision to make slavery a target of the Union more effort represented both the fundamental change in the nature of the war and an end emancipation from unsuccessful ideas and policies for Lincoln himself (Foner, 147). Loop holes were attempted to still have slaves after the Thirteenth Amendment. For example, black codes were put into effect by the Southern states at this time to restrict the African Americans freedom. African Americans in the former confederate states were now being forced to depend on their former owners. Through instating the thirteenth amendment, Abraham Lincoln was accomplishing what his goal, the abolishment of slavery, as well as accomplishing more on the topic of anti-slavery than any other president had. Abraham Lincoln was a very trustworthy, compassionate, attentive, admirable, and an honest man, which is how he got his nickname Honest Abe. He had a way with people that made them feel safe and understood which instilled a different level of respect that the people bestowed upon him. Since Abraham Lincoln did not have it so easy when he was younger, it was easier for him to put himself in other peoples shoes and have great empathy for others. Some even say that he is the greatest president of all time due to his many accomplishments. The enactment of the Emancipation Proclamation was one of his first accomplishments while he was president. Although the Emancipation Proclamation was a huge step for Lincoln as well as the Union, it did not free all slaves which led to another one of his greatest accomplishments still in place today, the Thirteenth Amendment. The Thirteenth Amendment abolished all slavery and gave much freedom. Although, this was very effective, soon after Black Codes were instilled defeating the purpose of the Thirteenth Amendment. Because of the upset with slavery, Abraham Lincoln gave a very memorable speech, The Gettysburg Address. This was to install the mindset that all men are equal as it was stated in the Declaration of Independence. Although Lincoln was a great president and loved by most, there was one man who felt different. John Wilkes Booth resented Lincoln because of his efforts to promote black people the right to vote. Once he heard this information, he made the decision to kill Lincoln verses kidnap him, which was his original plan. Booth succeeded with his plan and assassinated Lincoln on April 14, 1865. The death of President Abraham Lincoln was a turning point in American history and led to radical reconstruction and was the beginning of many harsh fights for equal rights. One of the most popular landmarks in the United States is the Lincoln Memorial which was built in h is honor after his death.

Mary Shelleys Frankenstein - The Individual and Society...

Frankenstein: The Individual and Society The creatures ambiguous humanity has long puzzled readers of Mary Shelleys Frankenstein. In this essay I will focus on how Frankenstein can be used to explore two philosophical topics, social contract theory, and gender roles, in light of ideas from Shelleys two philosophical parents, William Godwin, and Mary Wollstonecraft. What Does it Mean to be Human? Individual and Society One historically important tradition in social and political philosophy is called Social Contract Theory. It gives a way of thinking about what it means to be human, raising fundamental questions such as: what is human nature, in itself, apart from society? Are people fundamentally†¦show more content†¦Mary Shelleys father, William Godwin (1756-1836), was a well-known political anarchist. In Enquiry Concerning Political Justice (1793), Godwin argued that government is fundamentally unjust, and functions primarily to uphold economic inequality between rich and poor. Godwin was highly critical of social contract theory; the conversation between Victor and the creature regarding a mate exemplifies several of Godwins criticisms (pp. 97-100). We could read this passage as a social contract between Victor and the creature: if Victor makes a mate, the creature promises never to return. Godwin asked why parties to the social contract should trust each other to keep their promises; V ictor agrees to the bargain, but didnt trust the creature to keep his promise, predicting he would return in revenge. Their bargain sounds more like blackmail than a contractual arrangement. Godwin also worried about future generations who were not parties to the original agreement, and had never promised to abide by a governments laws. Victor was concerned about this; realizing that even if the creature kept his end of the agreement, the female had made no such promise. He had sworn to quit the neighborhood of man, and hide himself in deserts; but she had not; and she, who in all probability was to become a thinking and reasoning animal, might refuse to comply with a compact made before her creation (114). Rationale of Expansionary Monetary Policy †MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Rationale of Expansionary Monetary Policy. Answer: Introduction: Canadian economy is growing in a fast pace due to various reasons such as GDP, increasing employment rate and expansionary fiscal policy management. The economy of Canada experienced a growth rate in its GDP by 3.7 percent, which in turn increased the household expenditure by 1.1 percent. The county also experienced a growth in its exports by 0.2 percent in its fourth quarter. Other factors that is affects the growth rate of the Canada is its increasing population. Canada experienced n increase in its population from 34.9 million to 36.5 billion. The country also experiences a high literacy rate of 97 percent. Thus, the country experiences an increase in its growth rate by 2 percent. The overall positive environment of the country puts a positive impact on the demand for liquor. This is because people of the country are educated and has the purchasing power required to buy liquor. The high purchasing power f the consumer also shows that they love to lead a high-class life (Hall, Robe rt Marc Lieberman, 2012). From the above figure, it can be seen that due to the above-mentioned factors has put a positive impact on the demand for liquor. The aggregate quantity demanded for liquor has increased from Q to Q1. Such an increase is because of increasing living standard of the people and increasing preference for liquor. The change in aggregate demand for liquor is mainly due to changes in other factors rather than price (Baumol et. al., 2015). Thus, the price for liquor is unaffected in the above diagram. Moreover, the product Tequila is considered as a luxury item and thus, it has a relatively elastic demand. The demand for this product is not affected too much extent. With a change in the factors of the economy such as GDP rate, unemployment, purchasing power and the changing life style of the people the demand for liquor will increase but not to that extent (Wetzstein, 2013). The country of Canada aimed at a GDP growth rate of 2 percent in 2017 and a inflation rate between 1 to 3 percent. According to the policy goals of Canada, the country has been able to achieve the growth rate of 1.5 percent and an inflation rate of 1.2 percent (Ryan-Collins, 2015). The monetary policy of the country had the objective of achieving a stable, predictable and low inflation economy. Thus, the country always aimed at two policy components such as inflation control policy and flexible exchange rate policy. In reducing inflation in the country the nation has also targeted a high interest rate policy on loan and mortgages. From the above figure, it can be seen that Canada has experienced an increase in its GDP growth rate management in 2017 compared to its past years. It has a GDP growth rate of 2.7 percent in 2015which increased to 2.8 in 2016. Presently in 2017, the GDP growth rate of Canada increased to 3.7, which even exceeded the estimated growth rate of 3.6 percent. Thus, the economy of Canada is expanding at a faster rate (Svensson, 2015). Figure 3 shows the trend in the inflation rate in Canada from 2015 to 2017. The company had a inflation rate of 1.5 in 2015 which increased by 1 percent to 1.6 in 2016. However, the policy maker of the country aimed to keep the inflation rate between 1 to 3 percent in 2017. According to the data of 2017 in the first two quarters, the country has been able to cut down its inflation to 1.2 percent by increasing its interest rate on loan and mortgages (Argy, Nevile, 2016). From the above figure and data, it is clear that Canadian economy has experienced an increase in its GDP and fall in its inflation rate over the past three years. The economy has been able to achieve the target growth rate and the inflation rate according to the policy of the country. However, on curbing the inflation the bank has increased the interest rate over loans and mortgages (Ekelund Jr, R.B. Hbert, R.F). (2013. This has reduced the money in the hand of the people. On the other hand, the country has experienced an increase in the GDP growth rate over the last three years. This has put the consumers in a better condition. Thus, it can be seen that the country will experience an increase in the demand for liquor, as people are becoming rich and high living style. However, the aggregate demand will not increase to that extent as the government is curbing the money from the hands of the people to curb inflation (Mankiw, 2014). Thus, the data that is presented in the above questi on helps to give the same prediction as stated in question one. Liquor consumption is increasing in Canada at a relative rate even though the government is trying to curb the money from the hands of the people. This is because people of Canada are fun loving and like to lead a good life even with limited amount of money. The GDP of the Canadian economy is very high. As a result of which people the purchasing power of the people will increase. The government will thus adopt deflationary fiscal policy to stabilize the economy. When the government adopts tight fiscal policy, there will be fall in the aggregate demand of liquor. The Government will raise the tax on liquor and thus it will increase the price of liquor. Thus, higher amount of taxes will reduce the spending of the consumers (Sims, 2016). This will also help the government to improve the deficit budget. When the government reduces its expenditure and borrowings, there is increase in the supply of funds in the credit market and thus the interest rate falls. This leads to crowding in effect on the economy. The exchange rate (MXP-CAD) in such a situation will increase and thus will be profitable for the Government (Bordo Landon-Lane, 2013). The expansionary monetary policy will make the consumption attractive compared to the savings. The products will become cheaper for the people of the other economies and it will help the exporters because the exports will become cheaper and it will also boost up the demand Moreover, these expansionary monetary policies will also increase the aggregate demand and thus boost up the economic growth (Bekaert, Hoerova, Duca, 2013). There will be increase in money supply in the economy and thus fall in the interest rate. This low rate of interest will encourage the business firms to invest and the consumers will be attracted to spend more. Moreover low interest rate will make the borrowings cheaper. This will also lower the incentive to save of the people. The exchange rate (MXP-CAD) will fall if there is expansionary monetary policy. This will strengthen the current account thus weaken the financial economy. As the financial condition of the economy declines, the current account will imp rove and thus it will also improve the balance of trade of the country. Thus, the GDP will increase and it will lead to increase in the imports (Hommes, Massaro Salle,2015).). When the government adopts expansionary monetary policy, the exchange rate will fall. This will lower the quantity of imports and thus increase the exports when they are denominated in terms of CAD. This is because CAD will become cheaper for the export countries importing liquor from Canada. These will increase the sales of the domestic firms. The exports will increase when the sale of tequila in terms of Canadian dollar remains unchanged. The imported goods will become more expensive and thus this will lead to inflation in the economy (Cochrane, 2016). When the government adopts deflationary fiscal policy, the exchange rate in terms of CAD will increase. The quantity of imports will increase and the exports will fall. This is because with an increase in the value of exchange rate CAD will become costlier for the foreign company importing Canadian liquor. The sales of the domestic firm will decrease when the value of the Canadian dollar remains unchanged. The value of Mexican peso will increase and thus there will be appreciation in the exchange rate. The imported goods will become cheaper (Ma, 2015). Reference list Argy, V. E., Nevile, J. (Eds.). Wireless Sensor Network - Get Free Sample on Wireless Sensor Network

Question: You are an IT Director at a large urban hospital with 500 beds and 4,500 associates. You are a full-service hospital with a typical list of departments to include multiple ICUs, mother baby, emergency services, radiology, oncology, surgery, etc. You are piloting programs to allow personal mobile devices on the network under pressure from physicians and nurses to either provide the devices or allow personal ones under bring your own device (BYOD) solution. In order to protect applications and patient data, you decided to build a dedicated public wireless network for all outside devices that are not approved as standard workstations for normal hospital use and circulation. Your network will be publicly accessible and ask users to sign in and electronically sign a user acceptance agreement. Then users will be on a public network that can access the Internet and outside applications, but will not be allowed on the internal private network. You are expected to: 1. Identify all critica l elements and technologies necessary to achieve stated goals of your project. 2. Describe the resources you will require to achieve your project goals . 3. Architect, at a high level, your proposed solution and draw a diagram in a software application of your choice, typically Power Point or Visio. 4. List and describe clinical applications and/or services that will run on your proposed infrastructure. In the case of EMR, describe which services will be in the cloud and whether there are any services that will need to be hosted internally and why or why not. 5. Identify benefits and risks to business operations and patient care environment, resulting from your proposed solution. 6. Briefly describe to senior management why your solution is a good fit and how you will address the risks identified above. Answer: Introduction Wireless network is becoming more popular in the changing industrial environments. Several business industries are leaning towards the implementation of Wireless network technology in their business farms (Basu, 2014). Urban hospitals need a good network structure and sometimes for the complex network structure, they need to implement the wireless network technology. This documentation addresses several aspects of implementing the wireless network in urban hospitals existing network structure. Aspects such as critical elements and technologies required, resources required, clinical application and services provided, benefits and risks involved and justification of proposed wireless network system have been highlighted. In addition, a wireless network has been designed for the urban hospital management system which have public and private networks distinction in between them. Identification of all the critical elements and technologies to achieve stated goals To design a wireless network system over the existing network structure is not an easy task. The very first stage of implementing the wireless network structure in the hospitals existing network structure is to identify the crucial elements and the technologies that are required. This section represents the technologies required for the successful implementation of the wireless network structure in the hospitals existing network structure. Enterprising Wi-Fi access and Hotspot Guest access: the hospital management was using a simple LAN based network structure. Now the management wants to implement wireless network technology into their networking structure (Boccardi, 2014). The first and foremost criteria of implementing the wireless network technology is setting up the Wi-Fi in different positions into the existing network structure and also allow the Hotspot guest access. Designing multi-service mesh networks: Implementation of wireless network is more complex than the existing LAN network structure. To implement the wireless network technology management, have to consider redesigning their networks and it is recommended that the hospital management should use the multi-service mesh network for the implementation of wireless network (Cowley, 2012). Point to multi-point wireless: wireless network technology allows multicasting the network rather than broadcasting the network data packets. So redesigning of the network structure to implement the point to multi-point wireless technology is necessary. Description of Resources that required for designing the Wireless network at Urban Hospital There are several hardware resources, which are required for the successful implementation of the wireless network at urban hospital. The resources that are required for the implementation of Wireless network are described below. Wireless NIC: To successfully implement the wireless network into the hospitals existing network structure NIC (Network Information Card) card is required (Kish, 2013). It is important to have NIC installed in each of the system to directly communicate with the wireless router. Wireless router: Wireless routers are the heart of wireless Networking structure. The wireless router serves as the central hub of multicasting the network data packets to several points. The wireless hubs are now-a-days served as wireless routers. Hubs are actually gateways, not routers but they do serve the purpose. to implement the wireless networking structure in the hospitals existing network it installation of wireless hubs or routers are important. Strong internet connection: Last but not the least it is necessary to have a good internet connection while thinking about implementing the wireless network in the hospitals existing network structure. Design of Wireless network for Urban Hospital Figure 1: Wireless Network of Urban hospital (Source: Created by author) Description of clinical applications that will run on the proposed Wireless network With the implementation of wireless network, the company is thinking to bring changes in the hospitals operational functionalities. The new systems that will be implemented with the implementation of wireless network technology are described below. Computerized Physician Order Entry: With the help of CPOE (computerized Physician Order Entry) system, the practitioners will be able to enter orders electronically rather than handwritten or by verbal instructions. Electronic Prescribing: With the successful implementation of wireless network system in the hospitals existing network structure the management will also implement electronic prescribing which allows doctors check patients record and helps in suggesting the medicine based on the patients previous prescription and health condition (Liang, 2015). Electronic Health Records: electronic Health Records (EHRs) provide electronic documents about the patients interaction with the doctors. EHRs system can be integrated with the hospitals departmental clinic system with the successful implementation of Wireless Network in the hospitals existing network. Identification of the benefits and risks involved with the proposed system The hospital management wants to implement the wireless network technology into their existing network. The benefits and risks are described below. Benefits of Wireless Network technology: Increased Efficiency: With the installation of wireless network technology improved data communication and faster transfer of information within the organization can be achieved. Management can remotely check the system. Better Coverage: As there is no need for the cables and adapters user can use the facility of the hospital network while on the go. A better coverage can also be achieved with the successful implementation of Wireless Technology in the hospitals existing network structure. Neat and Easy Installation: since there is no cable and adapters running here and there so the setup of Wireless network technology is neat and clean (Othman, 212). Risks involved with Wireless technology: Lower bandwidth speed: It is not possible to get as much speed as users normally get with Ethernet cables. Although the situation is currently changing and current UTP cables can reach up to 1Gbps of speed still comparatively lower speed than Ethernet cables (Marsch, 2013). Security Issues: Wireless networks are the weakest in terms of security and privacy protection. While implementing Wireless technology into the hospitals existing network infrastructure management should aware about developing new security policies for wireless network. Installation problems: Sometimes installation of Wireless network can cause some problems like interference if nearby other buildings also use wireless network. While implementing the wireless technology hospital management should keep these things in mind. Justification of proposed Wireless Network System Wireless technology in Internet world is becoming more popular. This section of the documentation gives proper justification about why the management should implement wireless technology over the existing network infrastructure present in the hospital. As being an Urban hospital there are number of departments present in the hospitals like emergency services, radiology, oncology, surgery and many more. It is important to maintain the communication between the departments as well as it is also important for the management to check with every department remotely form their main office. So it is suitable to have a wireless technology which will again have a public and private connection (Shazali, 2013). The hospitals stuff will use the private connection and will have access to the clinical applications that run on network but the visitors and outsiders like patients can also will be able to sign in to the network with their device and can use the facility of the internet but cannot acc ess the medical stuffs. After exploring all the aspects, it is recommended that hospital management should implement Wireless technology into their existing network structure for the better networking infrastructure and improved efficiency in the network. Conclusion This report explores the several sides of Wireless network implementation into an urban hospitals exiting network structure. This section of the report concludes that it is highly recommended to implement Wireless Technology into the hospitals existing business structure. An urban hospital where there are several departments and each department have number of employees working for that department, it is highly necessary to have remote communication between the departments. So it is suitable to have a wireless technology which has a wireless implementation and public and private division within the network. In addition, with the implementation of Wireless technology the management can also remotely check the departments needs and can keep an eye on every department to overall build a better hospital management system. Northanger Abbey Essay- Sanya Dua Essays - Literature, Fiction

Northanger Abbey Essay- Sanya Dua Jane Austin's 19th Century text Northanger Abbey critically evaluates the values associated with the stratified society of Regency England. Austen articulates the importance of social class in the Victorian era and how it characterizes people. She examines the social expectations of woman in the patriarchal society where her character subverts these social norms. Austin highlights the dangers of an overactive imagination due to exposure to gothic literature, where she subverts the cotemporary Romantic values, evincing the importance of keeping a balance between imagination and reality. Thus Austin illuminates the difficulties and expectations of the Regency era as demonstrated in her book Northanger Abbey. Outer appearances and social status were a crucial aspect of the hierarchal society in the Regency era, as dictated by the behaviour of characters in Northanger abbey. Austin utilises horatian satire through the characterisation of Mrs Allen who is a materialistic woman primarily concerned with outer appearances as comically seen through exaggeration in, "Mrs Allen congratulated herself, on having preserved her gown from injury. It would have been very shocking to have it torn". This can be further seen with John, who is constantly boasting about his horse and carriage to impress Catherine who remains uninterested, "look at my horse, did you ever see an animal so made for speed in your life". Austen emphasizes the importance of wealth and position in the Regency era and the actions people are willing to take in order to reach the upper class as advocated by the manipulations of Isabella Thorpe who transfers her "affection" from James to his wealthier and better positioned Captain Til ney as Catherine notes, "Isabella seemed an altered creature" noting that her heart had become an "object" that could be bestowed onto another. Also, Through the characterisation of General Tilney, Austen exposes the social concerns relating to status. He values social class highly and treats those of a lower social standing than himself with disdain and rudeness as elucidated in Catherine's' sudden ejection from the Abbey "hurrying her away without any reference to her own convenience" when he finds about her lack of wealth. He believes that marriage should occur within equal classes and initially believes Catherine is not acceptable highlighting a common issue for women as commodities for exchange in the Austen's society. Austen reflects, and exposes the constraining social expectations and limited rights of woman in the regency era through characters who reflect and subvert these social norms. Whilst Catherine often adheres to the rules of her society the third person omniscient narration often alerts the reader to characters who challenge the accepted codes of behaviour. Notably, the heroine Catherine subverts the traditional female traits by displaying masculine qualities as demonstrated in "she was fond of all boys plays, and greatly preferred cricket not merely dolls." Austen further portrays her as a realistic character when she is denied the attributes of a typical Regency heroine as advocated by listing in "she had thin awkward figure, sallow skin without colour." Through a satirical lens Austen highlights the importance and social expectation of having a partner to dance with through Catherine's revelation of "disappointment" when she struggles to find one, "she longed to dance, but she had no acquaintance in the room". Austen exposes the limited woman's role in the regency society where finding a wealthy and considerable man was the only vocation afforded them." Austen conveys how gender expectations can govern love as shown through dialogue, "No young lady can be justified in falling in love before the gentleman's love is declared." Austen demonstrates the roles and responsibilities of woman in Regency England as illustrated through Mrs Morland concerns for the marriage, "Catherine would make a sad heedless young housekeeper to be sure". Au sten educates us that there is more than outer appearances and woman should act rational as illustrated when Catherine rejects John and refuses to go on the carriage, "But indeed I cannot go. If I am wrong, I am doing what I believe to be right." Indicating that she did not give into social pressures imposed on her and made her own informed choices. Austen explores the the dangers of an overzealous imagination when exposed to gothic literature, articulating
